Unlike most traditional festivals, which typically focus on children and teenagers, an adult dance festival values the experience, freedom, and passion that come with dancing in adulthood.

Anyone aged 18 and older can participate in the Thalhe Festival , regardless of dance style, level, body type, gender, or ability. The festival is inclusive and non-competitive, welcoming dancers who are beginners, amateurs, professionals, or those returning to dance after time away. All are welcome to celebrate movement, expression, and community on stage.

We encourage dancers to invite family, friends, and anyone who wants to support and enjoy the performances.

Participants who wish to join the masterclasses will simply add their name to the sign-up sheet available for each class. Spaces may be limited, so we recommend signing up early to secure your spot.

While the masterclasses are not structured as evaluations, instructors may offer individual corrections, guidance, and encouragement throughout the class to help you grow and improve.

Yes! 

Although the Thalhe Festival is a non-competitive event, all participants will receive feedback and comments from dance experts in their specific style, including some of our masterclass instructors. 

Our goal is to support your artistic growth and make your experience as enriching as possible.

Your feedback will be individual and private, and it will be available in your personal profile through our official festival platform. Simply log in to your registration account on the Thalhe Festival website after the event to view your personalized comments.

Yes, normally, performers are responsible for bringing their own costumes and makeup. 

We encourage dancers to bring what they need, to make the experience even more personalized and unique.

However, this is optional, dancers are welcome to perform in whatever way they feel most comfortable.

Yes! 

At the Thalhe Festival, you’ll have access to a professional team to help you feel your best,  with makeup, hair, and even a seamstress on-site for any costume emergencies.

These services are optional and paid directly to the professionals at the event. It’s all about giving you the full stage experience.  Stress-free!

Yes! 

The Thalhe Festival will have professional photographers and videomakers on-site to capture all the special moments, from backstage to your performance on stage. Get ready for beautiful memories and high-quality content!

Are photos and videos included in the registration fee or paid separately?

Photos and videos are paid separately. 

Professional photo and video packages will be available for purchase directly with the media team during the festival. 

That way, you can choose exactly what you want to take home from your experience!

The performance schedule will be released in the morning on the day of the event, and it may be subject to changes.

Yes!

Participants will have a limited amount of time to rehearse on stage before the public performance.
